Julie Pieper Spezia is a consultant for California water projects, working with teams who are working to bring salmon back to the Yolo Bypass and to design the infrastructure for California WaterFix. Most of her career has been in leading nonprofit organizations, most recently Housing California, a statewide organization committed to ending homelessness and increasing the supply of affordable homes for all. Julie is a graduate of the California Agricultural Leadership Program and CTI’s Co-Active Leadership Training. She is always interested in a good dialogue on leadership and writes this blog to think through what she is listening to and reading.
